Non-Consumable Goods

We’ll happily accept return of any equipment or merchandise that doesn’t live up to your expectations within 30 days of purchase. Please keep all original packaging. If the equipment is damaged or faulty, we will arrange collection of the goods and cover all costs. You may either choose to have a replacement sent to you or be issued a full refund. Please contact our team: coffee@redemptionroasters.com

If the equipment is not faulty, you will need to organise for the goods to be returned to our roastery. You will have to cover the cost of a return. Please contact our team to let them know that your goods are being returned, along with proof of postage to: coffee@redemptionroasters.com

 

Consumable Goods

We hope you love your Redemption Coffee, and any other teas and blends that you purchase from our online shop. If your delivery is damaged, or doesn’t live up to your expectations, we will happily issue a refund or send you a replacement, subject to a review by our customer service team.
