What is a Redemption Roasters Coffee Subscription?

A coffee subscription is perfect for anyone who loves coffee and never wants their supply to run out. Choosing a Redemption Roasters subscription means we will deliver your favourite coffee straight to your door either weekly, fortnightly or monthly, whilst you’ll be supporting us in our mission to reduce reoffending rates in the UK through speciality coffee.

How do Coffee Subscriptions work?

Once you’ve selected which coffee you’d like, you can choose the quantity and how often you want it delivered. We can send you whole beans, or we can grind them, so they’re ready for your cafetiere, v60 or espresso machine (or however else you drink your coffee)!

How much coffee should I order?

How much you order depends on how much coffee you drink! We recommend the following:

If you drink 1-2 cups of coffee per day, you should order a 1x 250g bag per week.

3-4 cups per day, order 2 x 250g bags per week.

5-6 cups per day, 3 x 250g bags per week.

7-9 cups per day, 1kg bag per week.

If you drink less than this, you can choose to buy your coffee less frequently; every 2 or 4 weeks.

How long does my subscription take to ship?

Your first subscription order will be sent on the next working day following your order. Subsequent orders will renew on Mondays (payment will be taken on the Sunday before) based on your chosen delivery frequency and be dispatched the same day with Royal Mail Tracked 48 - which takes 2-5 working days to arrive with you. 

Our roastery working days are Monday to Friday.

Does the subscription price include delivery?

Yes, all subscriptions are eligible for free shipping. 

Can I upgrade the delivery service?

Once your subscription order has been placed or your renewal has been processed, we are unable to upgrade the delivery service for that specific order. However, you can upgrade the delivery service for any future subscription orders.

Where can you deliver?

We deliver our coffee subscriptions to addresses in the UK only. We are working on delivering internationally in the near future. 

Can I amend, skip or cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can manage your subscription in the ‘my account’ section of our website. Navigate to the top right and you will see a person icon, click manage subscriptions under the login and you will be taken to your subscription portal, you can then amend or skip your subscription. You can cancel your subscription once you have received 3 deliveries. 

Can I send a Coffee Subscription as a gift?

Yes, we think coffee subscriptions make a great gift. You can set up a gift subscription for 3, 6 or 12 deliveries that’s tailored to the recipient’s preferences. You purchase the gift subscription, and the rest is up to the recipient - once you’ve made the one off payment and decided when you’d like the gift to be emailed to them, they will be prompted to make an account with us via email, and decide their coffee and delivery preference.

What is roasters roulette?

Throughout the year we source plenty of amazing speciality coffees from all over the world. The Roasters Roulette is the perfect subscription for you or as a gift for those who want to try something new, or enjoy variety to their brew. Each week our Head Roaster will select a coffee from our offer for you to try. We will do our best to ensure you don’t get the same coffee, but there may be times this is not possible due to what we have in stock or the time of year. You can select either an Espresso roulette or a Filter roulette, depending on how you prefer to brew.
