THE ART OF THE AEROPRESS

Become the master of this simple brew method to serve up a high clarity coffee with a full punchy body. To truly showcase this brewing method, we recommend a punchy premium filter, such as our single origin, Ryamukona.
Full of vibrant tropical fruits and punchy citrus, this coffee presents a carnival of colourful flavour notes. Balanced by a full juicy body, and the mellow sweetness of cantaloupe.
RECIPE
You will need:
- 200 ml boiling water
- Pouring kettle
- 11g ground Ryamukona
- Aeropress with paper filter
- Timer
- Set up your Aeropress over your vessel in the standard position with a paper filter
- Pour some freshly boiled water in to wet the filter and preheat the Aeropress
- Empty in 11g of ground Ryamukona
- Start you timer and pour all 200 ml of water onto the grounds, ensuring you wet all of the coffee
- Use the Aeropress paddle to give everything a good stir
- Place your plunger in the top of the Aeropress, so the vacuum created doesn't let any water through the bottom
- When your timer reaches 3 minutes, start to gently press the plunger down, aiming to reach the bottom in 30 seconds
