This winter, Redemption Roasters is excited to launch two new winter drinks across our thirteen London coffee shop locations: Tiramisu cream cold brew and Miso hot chocolate. These drinks are the perfect way to get in the festive spirit early, and every drink contributes to our mission to reduce reoffending through coffee.

The Tiramisu cream cold brew is a smooth, dessert-inspired drink made with The Block, one of our signature house blends. Cold brew is topped with a creamy vanilla foam and finished with cocoa powder, it captures the flavour of tiramisu in a refreshing brew that’s perfect for any time of day.

Our Miso hot chocolate uses 51% drinking chocolate and is given a savoury edge with a hint of miso, blending sweet and salty for a rich, umami depth. This combination offers a cosy, unique warmth that’s sure to become a winter favourite.

Redemption Roasters stands apart in the coffee world—not just for innovative drinks but for our commitment to social change. All our coffee is roasted at HMP The Mount, where prison leavers gain skills and opportunities through hands-on training. This mission extends through our barista academies in prisons, training at-risk individuals and providing pathways to employment at our coffee shops around London.
